The Polish Academy of Sciences has elected new foreign members. MBExC member Prof. Dr. Peter Rehling, director of the Institute for Cell Biochemistry at the University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG), will become a new member of Division II for Biological and Agricultural Sciences. Membership in the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) is considered one of the highest honors for outstanding scientists outside of Poland whose scientific achievements are significant for the advancement of global science and international cooperation.
