Small Group Seminars

Advice from top-level scientists in the direct environment, and peer-to-peer learning are the most effective ways of mediating scientific content and career advice to early career researchers. The Hertha Sponer College thus offers theoretical training, transferable soft and hard skills, and personalized career coaching to its members in small groups with no more than 5-7 participants. In peer-to-peer and cross-peer seminars, Hertha Sponer Collegians get the opportunity to profit from the experiences of other collegians of the same and higher career level, as wells from experienced scientists within the MBExC community.
