HSC Advance Methods Course “Bioengineered neuronal organoid (BENO) generation”

In this course, you will learn how to generate your own bioengineered neuronal organoid by embedding hIPSCs in a collagen hydrogel. You will utilize morphogens to commit ipSCs to a neuroectoderm fate and at the end of the week you will learn how to handle and transfer organoids. Optionally, interested students, 3 weeks after the completion of this course can fix their organoids and take them in their lab for further processing.
