Description:
AlphaFold is revolutionary to the scientific community. It learns from the existing protein data bank and predicts new protein structures with reasonably high confidence. In this AlphaFold workshop, we will talk about the usage and implications of AlphaFold, followed by a practical session on how to use it and make nice figures of it. The main target audience is anyone who would like to use AlphaFold on their own research.
