DFG continues funding for CRC 1286 “Quantitative Synaptology”

The German Research Foundation (DFG) continues to fund the CRC 1286 “Quantitative Synaptology” at the University Medical Center Göttingen with around ten million euros for the next four years for the research into synapses and the development of a computer-assisted synapse simulation. MBExC member Silvio Rizzoli is speaker of the CRC 1286, Director of the Institute of Neuro- and Sensory Physiology and speaker of the Board of the Center for Biostructural Imaging of Neurodegeneration (BIN).
