Working in research offers incredible freedom – and with that, the challenge of managing complex projects, unstructured time, and a constant flow of new tasks and expectations. For scientists (at all career levels), staying focused and maintaining momentum can be tough when juggling multiple tasks, roles and responsibilities. This interactive workshop is designed specifically for PhD students and Postdocs. It supports researchers in strengthening their self-leadership and developing a more sustainable and effective approach to managing their research projects, time, and energy. We blend deep personal reflection with practical, science-tested productivity and agile tools. Through this combination, participants explore what’s getting in the way of clarity, prioritization, and ease – and learn how to shift these patterns using practical strategies and hands-on techniques. We draw on a range of reflective and practical approaches to support researchers in reconnecting with purpose and building habits that enable progress with clarity, confidence,
and flow.
